Deniz Naki

Kurdish footballer Deniz Naki is SHOT AT on a German motorway after he censured Turkish president Erdogan. Naki, a previous national youth soccer player for Germany, now plays for a Kurdish group in Turkey.


Katja Schlenkermann-Pitts, a senior prosecutor in Aachen, said experts were researching the episode as an endeavored murder, yet said her office couldn't affirm Naki's worries. She said prosecutors were looking 'every which way.'

The Interior Ministry had no data looking into the issue, representative Johannes Dimroth told a standard government news gathering. He said he had almost certainly that Naki's announcements would be tended to by prosecutors as a feature of the examination.
